This festive decoration makes a great party activity: Have kids cut pumpkin shapes out of old cereal boxes (make a template or two ahead of time), then color or paint them orange. The kids can use black paint or pieces of scrap paper to make the faces. Who can make the silliest face? The scariest? Attach the pumpkins to a long piece of yarn with clothespins the kids have painted green. |
