I’ve really gotten into cooking lately. One of my specialties is a fruit smoothie. It’s very healthy because it’s loaded with fruit and yogurt. Sometimes I add organic vanilla or sugar to make it a little extra special. Make sure you get your mom or dad to help you cut the fruit and use the blender.
Maylee’s Fruit Smoothie
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 banana, chopped
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup ise
1/8 cup sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Blend the yogurt, strawberries, and vanilla and/or sugar in a blender for 20 seconds, then stop and taste. Add the banana and blueberries and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again.
