fourth of july craft

While you get ready for your Memorial Day or Fourth of July barbecue, keep the kids occupied with this super easy banner that can double as decor!

Colored paper (in red, white, and blue)
Bakers twine

1. Cut out different size stars from various sheets of recycled construction paper. For a quick and easy how-to on creating a star with just one cut, check out this video!

2. Cut one large piece of bakers twine (this should be slightly longer than the length you want your banner to reach).

3. Secure your stars to the twine using tape. Then celebrate!
