While you get ready for your July 4th barbecue, keep the kiddos occupied with this super easy banner that can double as decor!

 Materials

Colored paper (in red, white, and blue)
Scissors
Bakers twine
Tape

Instructions

1. Cut out different size stars from various sheets of recycled construction paper. For a quick and easy how-to on creating a star with just one cut, check out this video!

2. Cut one large piece of bakers twine (this should be slightly longer than the length you want your banner to reach).

3. Secure your stars to the twine using tape. Then celebrate!
