5 ideas for spinach Power-Boosting Confetti

Finely chop fresh spinach leaves and let your child sprinkle it over pasta, soup, pizza–or any other food you wish had a few more vitamins.

Salad Bites

Toss thin-cut veggies with your favorite dressing, then place in the middle of large spinach leaves. Roll up and eat!

Green Eggs

Puree spinach with a few drops of water or olive oil, then add to scrambled eggs.


Allow steamed spinach to cool, and season with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and a pinch of sugar. Top with sesame seeds for an added crunch.

Super Smoothie

A quarter- to a half-cup of baby spinach turns fruit smoothies a pretty green color (but won’t change the taste!)
