Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Earth Balance® Original MindfulMayo™
- Dressing & Salad Spread
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste, to taste
- juice and zest of one lime
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt, to taste
- 5 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Directions
- Place first six ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Adjust seasonings and add salt to taste.
- Pour dressing in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, peanuts and sesame seeds. Toss to coat evenly.
