Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup XyloSweet®
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Beat softened butter, XyloSweet®, and vanilla until fluffy and smooth.
- In separate bowl-combine flour, salt, soda mix and set aside.
- To butter mixture, add eggs, milk, bananas. Mix.
- Slowly add in flour mixture and mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake in greased mini muffin tin at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
