Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup XyloSweet®
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Beat softened butter, XyloSweet®, and vanilla until fluffy and smooth.
  2. In separate bowl-combine flour, salt, soda mix and set aside.
  3. To butter mixture, add eggs, milk, bananas. Mix.
  4. Slowly add in flour mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Bake in greased mini muffin tin at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
