1lb. ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 15-oz. can refried beans
1 cup applesauce
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 avocado, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 large red pear, diced
1 bag round tortilla chips (for mini tostadas) or 12 tostada shells
1. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown turkey meat. Halfway through cooking, add taco seasoning and stir to combine. Remove from heat, drain liquid, and place in a bowl.
2. Place each remaining ingredient in its own small bowl.
3. Arrange the bowls with serving spoons (teaspoons are best for most ingredients) to make an assembly line. Partygoers can create their own mini tostadas.
