Fresh peaches are made even more delicious when blended with creamy yogurt and zesty ginger. Add a few fresh raspberries for a pretty pink flecks that kids will love.

- 1 large ripe peach, pitted and chopped
- 1 medium ripe banana
- ½ cup whole milk yogurt
- ½ cup 1 percent milk
- 1 ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 5 raspberries (optional)
- Ice cubes
- In a blender, add the peach, banana, yogurt, milk, ginger, maple syrup, raspberries if using, and 4 or 5 ice cubes. Blend until completely smooth, pour into glasses, and serve.
