Fresh peaches are made even more delicious when blended with creamy yogurt and zesty ginger. Add a few fresh raspberries for a pretty pink flecks that kids will love.

  • 1 large ripe peach, pitted and chopped
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ½ cup whole milk yogurt
  • ½ cup 1 percent milk
  • 1 ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 5 raspberries (optional)
  • Ice cubes



  1. In a blender, add the peach, banana, yogurt, milk, ginger, maple syrup, raspberries if using, and 4 or 5 ice cubes. Blend until completely smooth, pour into glasses, and serve.
Serves 2

Per serving: calories 235, fat 4 g, protein 7 g, carbohydrates 46 g, dietary fiber 3 g
