If you like pina coladas…you’ll love this lighter, smoothie-fied version that kids can drink, too.

Total time: 2 minutes


  • 1 ½ cups light coconut milk
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pineapple
  • 2 ripe medium bananas
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • Ice cubes


  1. In a blender, add the coconut milk, pineapple, bananas, agave nectar, and 4 or 5 ice cubes. Blend until completely smooth, pour into glasses, and serve.
Serves 4

Per serving: calories 204, fat 11 g, protein 1 g, carbohydrates 24 g, dietary fiber 1 g
