KIWI Magazine Review:

Spring is the time for many new books about gardens and seeds, but this one is a unique and lovely perspective on the life of a seed.  Miss Maple tells the seeds, “Take care, my little ones, for the world is big and you are small,” which is a repeated refrain throughout the story.  Miss Maple tends to the seeds as though they are her babies and then teaches them how to burrow and then grow into plants and trees.  The illustrations beautifully accompany the text.
