KIWI Magazine Hires Sarah Smith as Editorial Director
NEW YORK, NY June 5, 2009 – KIWI magazine, a publication of the May Media Group, LLC, welcomes Sarah Smith as the new Editorial Director for the magazine and KIWI websites.
Sarah comes to KIWI with eight years of experience at Parenting magazine, most recently as senior editor. She was a member of the National Magazine Award-winning staff in 2003, was actively involved in three redesigns of the magazine over the years, and oversaw the relationship between Parenting.com and the print publication. Previously, she worked at Ladies' Home Journal. A graduate of Wellesley College, Smith started her magazine career as an intern at Harper's and Ms. magazines. Sarah lives in New York with her husband, Marc.
