veggie slaw

  • 1 pear, peeled, cored, and julienned
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and julienned
  • 3 carrots, peeled and julienned
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 6 scallions, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds or black sesame seeds


  1. Place all the ingredients except the sesame seeds in a large bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds for garnish before serving.
Serves 2-4
