1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1⁄4 cup whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey

1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mash together. (You can also put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.)
2. Serve with cut-up veggies, crackers, pretzels, or as a spread on toast.
