honey blackberry smoothie

Probiotics can be as tasty as they are healthy. This delicious smoothie, which uses kefir, can help maintain balance in your digestive system.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat kefir
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) flaxseed oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh mint

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serves 1

Per serving: calories 301, fat 8g, protein 17g, carbohydrates 45g, dietary fiber 15g
