INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup butter, plus butter (or cooking spray) to grease cupcake pan
1/2 cup Florida Crystals Organic Sugar
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/3 cup cocoa |

METHOD:
1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add oatmeal to pan and mix well.
3. Stir in sugar and cocoa and mix well.
4. Cook for 1 minute, so batter is sticky and mixed completely, but be careful not to overcook. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
5. Using butter or cooking spray, grease a cupcake pan.
6. Use hands to form batter into clumps and place in the cupcake pan.
7. Place cupcake pan in freezer for 10 minutes, remove and eat.
8. Left over crumbles can be used as topping for cakes, yogurt, pudding anything - to add a little texture and taste.
