INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup frozen organic berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry or mixed)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup organic plain yogurt or kefir
1/2 cup cold water
1 serving rice protein powder (serving size depends on the brand of protein powder you use) Optional.
2 Tbsp. flax seed meal
2 ice cubes |

METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in thermos or serve immediately.
