main_smoothie_pineapple_carrot

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
  • 2/3 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
