Aside from seeing the occasional clamshell box of edible flowers in the fresh herb section of the grocery store, flowers were never on my radar for cooking.  This amazing cookbook has changed my mind and I feel like I want to infuse everything with flowers.  From Savory dishes to sweets, the range of flavors will tempt even the biggest skeptic.  Delicious and beautiful
