Part graphic novel, part cookbook, this homage to all things vegetable makes you feel like a superhero in the kitchen, chopping and dicing your way to defeat boring food.  Even if you can’t see through granite, fennel and zucchini will fear your culinary genius.  There are some crazy, wonderful combinations such as Fennel Funnel Cakes and Parsnip Gnocchi.
