You and your child can make a breadcrumb topping together using these four simple steps.
- Set out two small bowls and measure out 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
- In the bowl, mix the ingredients and add a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
- Drizzle 2 Tablespoons of melted butter over the breadcrumb mixture. (A little bit of butter is what makes crumb toppings taste really good.)
- Use your fingers or a fork to mix the breadcrumbs and butter until the breadcrumbs form little clumps. Now you can add the topping to your dish.
