At KIWI, we believe small changes make a big difference. So in every issue, I’ll commit to making a tiny tweak in my life based on something I’ve learned in our pages. Right now, based on the “Your Best You” tip in our new Just for Moms section, I’m pledging to do something I love for at least 10 minutes a day.

It’s only 10 minutes, but as any busy mother knows, those 10 minutes can be hard to come by! So every morning, before my whirlwind day begins, I’m reading for pleasure—no work reading, no emails, just a book I love.
