Apple Bites with Pomegranate

2 large apples, sliced horizontally

½ cup pomegranate arils

¼ cup feta cheese

¼ cup chopped mint

Crisp apples and sweet, crunchy pomegranate seeds come together in this bright and tasty appetizer. Ready in minutes, this is a perfect bite-sized starter for your holiday gathering!


1. Lay sliced apples on a plate and top with about 1 tbsp of pomegranate arils, 1 tsp of feta cheese and a tsp of chopped mint.

2. Serve immediately.
