1/3 cup Earth Balance® Original MindfulMayo™

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon wasabi paste, to taste

juice and zest of one lime

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

salt, to taste

5 cups shredded cabbage

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup chopped peanuts

1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

Directions

Place first six ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Adjust seasonings and add salt to taste.

Pour dressing in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, peanuts and sesame seeds. Toss to coat evenly.
