6 oz goat cheese
1 ½ cups multicolored grape tomatoes, sliced in half
¼ cup fresh basil, sliced
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
Creamy and delicious goat cheese with fresh bruschetta makes for a crowd-pleasing dip that’s ready in minutes.
1. Spread goat cheese in a thin layer on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. In a small bowl, add sliced tomatoes and ⅛ cup of basil. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently.
3. Pour tomato mixture over the goat cheese.
4. Top with more basil and serve at room temperature with crackers or bread.
