Almond Berry Smoothie

Ingredients


Makes 1 servings

¼ cup frozen raspberries

¼ cup frozen blackberries

1 Tablespoon almond butter

2 Tablespoons unsweetened hemp protein powder

1 Tablespoon flax seed

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 to 2 large ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little water and blend again until it reaches the desired consistency. Drink immediately.
