Ingredients

Makes 10 servings

10 wooden skewers

2 cups cherry tomatoes

2 English cucumbers, peeled and sliced into 1⁄2-inch rounds

1 cup pitted kalamata olives

8-10 ounces feta cheese, cubed

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon minced fresh dill

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

For a quick no-cook snack or appetizer, go with these colorful kebabs. Packed with classic Greek flavors, like feta cheese and kalamata olives, the kebabs are delicious dipped in the dill yogurt dressing or even just balsamic vinegar.

Directions

1. Divide tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta cheese evenly among skewers.

2. In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, dill, and sea salt until thoroughly combined. Serve alongside kabobs for dipping.
