Makes 6 servings

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 avocado

1 ripe banana

1/4 cup frozen mango chunks

1 Tablespoon agave nectar

These cold, creamy treats are packed with fruits and veggies. Make a double recipe in the morning and enjoy a green smoothie for breakfast before freezing the pops!


1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 6 pop molds. Freeze until solid, at least four hours.

2. To remove the pops from the molds, run them under warm water until the mold slides off.
