Makes 4 servings
4 ears of corn
¼ cup unsalted vegan butter, room temperature
1 tbsp chili lime seasoning
¼ cup vegan cheese, crumbled
salt to taste
cilantro

This grilling season, go beyond the meat and poultry mainstays to throw a plant-based cookout bursting with fresh and seasonal ingredients, south of the border flavors, and vibrant colors. We love this take on corn from from Karen Kelly of Seasonal Cravings.
Directions
1. Preheat grill to medium high. Place corn on grill and cook for roughly 15–20 minutes with the lid shut. Rotate corn often.
2. Mix the room temperature butter with the chili lime seasoning. Spread all over corn as soon as the corn is done.
3. Sprinkle with cilantro and cheese and serve immediately.
