4 peaches, halved and pitted
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons honey
1/4 cup salted pistachios, shelled and chopped
It’s like a deconstructed pie. Plus, you can enjoy it guilt-free since we skipped the carb-filled crust and swapped the ice cream for healthy Greek yogurt.
1. Heat grill to medium-low.
2. Brush each peach half with melted butter.
3. Place peaches on grill and cook until slightly charred, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
4. Remove from grill. Place two peach halves in each bowl and top with a dollop of yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkling of pistachios.
