Just Peachy Popsicles

Makes 4 servings

3 fresh peaches

1 ½ Tablespoons honey of agave (vegan)

4 Tablespoons water

1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice

Peaches scream summertime and making a cold treat with them is the perfect way to enjoy a hot day. Using fresh peaches for this recipe is important because it will make the texture of the popsicles smoother, but frozen peaches work if that’s all you have available.

Directions

1. Slice and peel peaches.

2. Add peaches, honey, water, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
