Directions
Unicorn Icing
1. Separate your frosting into individual bowls and mix in Color Garden dyes.
2. Lay out the different colored frostings next to each other on a sheet of plastic wrap. Gently fold the plastic wrap in half, fold in any excess edges, and twist each end closed.
3. Cut off one twisted end. Place the plastic wrap into a piping bag, open-end first.
4. Frost your cupcakes with multi-colored unicorn swirls!
Fondant Unicorn Horns
1. Roll out fondant into a long tube that is slightly thicker in the middle and thinner at the ends.
2. Gently fold the tube in half and twist each half around the other to create a swirling unicorn horn.
3. Stick a toothpick into the bottom of your “horn” and freeze until hardened.
4. Once the horn has hardened, remove it from the freezer and decorate with sprinkles, edible glitter, or anything else you’d like! Use the toothpick to stick the horn into your frosted cupcakes.
