5–6 black raspberries
1 oz Gin (preferably non-herbaceous or juniperus)
1 oz Sambucol
1 oz lemon juice
1 sprig rosemary for garnish

1. Muddle black raspberries in the bottom of a lowball glass and top with crushed ice. Add gin, lemon juice, and Sambucol and stir.
2. Top with seltzer water, garnish with rosemary and serve.
Omit gin and add extra seltzer to make a mocktail.
