Makes 4 servings
2 Tablespoon pecans, chopped
6 cups air-popped popcorn
2 Tablespoon pistachios, chopped
¼ cup dried cherries
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup natural peanut butter

This fun mix between classic popcorn and trail mix—from healthy eating organization Produce for Kids—is sure to become a lunchtime favorite!
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spread pecans single layer on baking sheet and bake 5 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, and bake 3 minutes, or until lightly browned and aromatic. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
3. Mix popcorn, pecans, pistachios, dried cherries, and cinnamon in large mixing bowl.
4. Microwave peanut butter in heat-safe measuring cup on medium for 30 seconds, or until thinned.
5. Pour peanut butter over popcorn and stir.
