Pear, Cucumber, and Sesame Slaw

pear cucumber sesame slaw


Makes 2 servings

1 pear, peeled, cored, and julienned

3 carrots, peeled and julienned

1 celery stalk, diced

6 scallions, diced

1 Tablespoon sesame oil

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 ½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1 ½ teaspoons sea salt

1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds or black sesame seeds

1. Place all the ingredients except the sesame seeds in a large bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.

2. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds for garnish before serving.
