Makes 1 servings

2 slices of whole wheat bread (toasted or untoasted)

2 slices of turkey

6 cherry tomatoes

Cheddar cheese, cubed

Lettuce

1 Tablespoon honey mustard (if desired)

2–4 Wooden skewers

Directions

1. Cut the bread and turkey into quarters.

2. Place all items alternately onto skewers. (If skewers are long, they may be broken in half evenly.)

3. Pack the honey mustard on the side for dipping.
