Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

1 1/2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries

1 cup plain whole milk yogurt

3/4 cup rice or coconut milk, unsweetened

1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder

2 Tablespoons honey

Blend probiotic-packed yogurt and vitamin C–rich strawberries into a simple and delicious allergy-fighting smoothie. Spirulina, a blue-green freshwater algae that’s a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, gives the drink its pale-pink hue. Make sure to buy pure powdered spirulina so you can be sure it doesn’t include additives.

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

2. Pour into glasses and serve.
