Makes 8 servings

4 cups cubed watermelon

2 tablespoons agave nectar

8 Popsicle sticks

Subtly sweet and utterly refreshing, these easy fruit ice pops are also bursting with immune-boosting vitamins.

1. Puree watermelon, lime juice, and agave in a blender until completely smooth, occasionally stopping to push contents down with a wooden spoon.

2. Carefully pour the juice into ice pop molds, add sticks and freeze overnight or until solid.
